MISS NELSON IS MISSING! OPENS SPACE THEATER Don’t miss your chance to get tickets to this wacky mystery musical based on the classic children’s book! This production is a first for the School of Performing Arts & Cultural Education in two ways, says Co-Director Paulette Arnold. “It’s the first show in the newly renovated SPACE Theater and it’s one of many wonderful plays written recently for families. Nine actors ages 13-18 play multiple roles. It’s the kind of play we intend to do more of now that we have our own theater!” The cast features Jesse Brennan, Hilaire England, India Frey, Erica Luke, Oscar Montelongo, Milo More, Becca Petersen, Olivia Pratt, and Patrick Webb and is directed by Les Pfutzenreuter and Paulette Arnold. Choreography is by Sandy Metzler. “The set will be simple,” says Arnold. “We want to showcase the beautiful building. We’re so thankful to have our own stage to play on!” Fast-paced and funny, MISS NELSON IS MISSING! is one act and suggested for all ages. Beginning March 29 tickets will be available at the Mendocino Book Company. There are only four public performances: Friday, April 23, 7:30 pm; Saturday, April 24, 2 pm & 7:30 pm; and Sunday, April 25, 2 pm, at the SPACE Theater, 508 W. Perkins Street, Ukiah. General admission prices are $12/adult, $8/children 18 and under.
