Eryn Schon-Brunner

A native of Northern California, Eryn Schon-Brunner, an international Choreographer, Dancer, Educator and Yogi, earned her BFA in Dance at Cornish College of the Arts and MFA in Dance from Hollins University. Touring as a dancer, choreographer, and educator, she has performed and led masterclasses in Indonesia, New York, Los Angeles, Boston, Seattle and more. Over the past 20 years she has worked with many contemporary choreographers and dancers, such as Wade Madson, Deborah Wolf, Pat Hon, Joe Goode, Eko Suprianto, Rebecca Levy, Keith Glassman, Carol Mcdowell, Erica Rebollar, A.C.Peterson, Corrie Befort, Jennifer Logan, among others. Eryn co-directed BE Productions Dance Company in Los Angeles from 2002 to 2009.

Eryn currently artistic director of Eryn Schon-Brunner and Dancers, a pick up dance company that is based in Mendocino County. Since 2012 she has been an instructor of Dance at Mendocino College and active Artistic Director of Mendocino College Dance Repertory Company, producing the annual Fall Repertory Concert and Spring Dance Festival. As part of the faculty for Mendocino College Theater Conservatory program, Eryn has choreographed for multiple plays and musicals.

Eryn completed her yoga teacher training at the Center for Yoga in 2002 in Los Angeles. Owning the family business Our Yoga Center in Willits since 2011, where she teaches yoga with her husband, Jeff Brunner. Eryn’s most precious moments are spent with her son, Lars(9), daughter, Cora Rose (3), and husband, Jeff.
