Jocelynn Corpuz

Jocelynn Corpuz was the guest teacher for Street Dance 1 taught by Amanda Rosenberg. Jocelynn grew up in Ukiah, California. She first began to seriously train in movement and musical theater in 2009 at Mendocino College. She trained at the Barbizon School in San Francisco as a model/actress and in 2010 walked the runway at IPAC (International Performing Arts Conference) in Los Angeles. She has choreographed and performed in many dance and theater productions at SPACE, The Luther Burbank Center, Mendocino College and Ukiah Players Theater including parts in Cats, Bye Bye Birdie, Wizard of Oz, West Side Story and Legally Blonde. She also performed singing & playing ukulele in local competitions. She joined SPACE’s staff in 2015 as an assistant and later became a choreographer and teacher. Since then she has pursued two Associates Degrees in Performing Arts and Theater Arts from Mendocino College.
